Rotary Chili and Pozole Cookoff

Sunday, January 28 – Chili and Pozole Cookoff

In 2019 the annual chili cookoff evolved to a chili and pozole cookoff. Pozole is a hominy based traditional Mexican specal occasion soup. Pozole was a big hit, making up over half the entrants and winning the people’s choice award. Participants can sample a variety of pozole and chili, participate in a silent auction, and listen to live music.
